Courtyard by Marriott Chennai presents the 'Regions of India' food festival at Paprika Café to celebrate the culinary diversity through this exclusive food festival. The festival will be featuring food from across the country spread across the North, South, Eastern and Western Regions. The food festival will focus on locations that include Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Kerala, Karnataka, Mangalore, Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, Goa etc.

From the Mutton Rogan josh and Dum Aloo of Jamu to Appam Stew & Puttu Kadala / Beef Curry of Kerala; From the Tandoor specialities of Punjab to West Bengal’s Kosha manngsho, Chelo kebabs, Mughlai parotha relish the live counters and eclectic dishes from across the nation specially crafted by Chef Jacob Justin, Head Chef Courtyard by Marriott.
