Invest a weekend to learn techniques from classical yoga and recreate yourself into a healthy, peaceful and joyful person.
The retreat will focus on enabling you to live a complete and holistic lifestyle. Sessions will also include Yogic principles of diet as well as touch upon the principles of Siddha/Ayurveda systems of medicine with a view to equip you with the necessary foundations to explore further.
The retreat will include teaching of the ancient and powerful practice of Surya Kriya, Aumkar meditation and Bhastrika Kriya etc.
