Parva-2016, the arts extravaganza jointly organised by the college students’ union and the management will be on from February 17 to 21.
The students of Sacred Heart College, Thevara, are now gearing up to turn their campus into an abode of contemporary art with works, workshops and performances.

A photo exhibition will also be held through the festival. Notable among the installations will be a 10-ft tall visage of legendary writer Vaikom Muhammad Basheer, made using scrap material.
There will be cultural events, workshops and talks led by eminent artists such as Bose Krishnamachari. Curated by animation student M.M. Humza, the festival will be open to the public on the last two days.
