`Art for Humanity’ – a day long live painting event on February, 7th. Renowned artiste S.G. Vasudev will inaugurate the event.

In an effort to raise funds for those affected by the recent Chennai floods, Phoenix Market City in association with Artville Gallery is organising `Art for Humanity’ – a day long live painting event on February, 7th. Renowned artiste S.G. Vasudev will inaugurate the event.

The open to all event, aims to encourage people to use art and canvas as a medium to support Chennai flood victims. It’s a small gesture from Phoenix Marketcity and Artville Gallery to help those affected by the floods. In doing this, they hope that many will join them in their endeavour. They are trying to encourage people in the city to participate and paint live to show their solidarity towards Chennai flood victims

Participants can paint or sketch live at Phoenix Market City. All works produced as part of the live painting event will be put up for public viewing and sale at Phoenix Market City till February 20th, 2016. All proceeds raised from the event will go towards Chennai flood relief work.
