Mango, the king of fruits takesthe spotlight at the premium five star luxury hotel this summer as their team of Chefs, led by Executive Chef, Sujan Mukherjee, has created magical treats with the season’s choicest mangoes. Patrons and foodies can now choose their favourite mango-based preparation crafted in unique ways.
Indulge at the award-winning Southern Spice with an exotic mango menu that includes Mambazham Payasam (chilled delicious payasam with ripe mangoes); Mango ella eda (Mango encased in rice sheet and steamed); Mango Kesari ( Mango flavoured semolina); and Alphonso mango ice cream.
At the authentic Chinese and Pan Asian eatery Golden Dragon, the all-new Prego and the all-day diner Anise, get tempted by innovative mango delights like Mango parfait (chilled mango flavoured dessert); Mango bavarois (a classic aired crème and mango mix); Mango mascarpone cheese cake; and Alphonso mango ice cream.
The mango platter at the charming La Patisserie includes inviting desserts like Fresh mango gateaux; Swiss roll; Mango chiffon pie; Mango Pate a choux; Fresh cream mango pastry; and Mango charlotte.
The food festival will be on for both lunch and dinner for a month.
