Officially India's best Hip-Hop DJ three times in a row by myfav.in (Jury panel 2010-2011) (People's choice 2011-2012 and 2012-2013), Kan-i is one of the best DJs India has seen in the past decade. From Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune to New York, Los Angeles, Dubai and Bangkok - he has performed all across the globe. A true mastermind on the Turntables, he breathes life into every performance by belting out mixes that get the party started and keep it going.

Apart from having opened for International artists like Grammy award-winning Chamillionare (VH1 Hip-hop Hustle) Wyclef Jean, Kardinal Offishal, Apache Indian, Jay Sean, Raghav and many more, KAN-i has evolved a unique style of his own, that blends Hip Hop, R and B Dance, House and Electro House - an Urban Contemporary Style into one wicked package for his audience.

Having been in the music industry for over 15 years, his journey kick-started in full swing when he achieved the title of 'Runner-Up' in War of the DJs,(2004-05). In 2007, he won the War of the DJs - South India, and was runner up in the finals, and had the honor of judging the same event in the following years. He has also collaborated with the Times Music Company in producing an album.
MyfavDJ followed shortly in 2010 and 2011 awarding him the title of 'Best Hip-Hop DJ', two years in a row.
