Sugar Free Dessert Festival is celebrated at the Taj Coromandel hotel for sugar-free healthy living at its fine dining restaurants by offering an array of sugar-free desserts that complement the various cuisines. Round off your sumptuous meal at Southern Spice with desserts like Semiya Paal Payasam along with the homemade ice-cream flavoured with Kumbakonam coffee. There will be Baked berry cheesecake, Chocolate fudge cake; Gulab jamun (a traditional dessert prepared with milk solids); and Pista badam Rabdi (reduced milk with pistachio and almonds) at Anise.
At the authentic Chinese and Continental fine diner Golden Dragon, indulge in Fig and Cinnamon pancake; Apple peanut roll; and the delicious Cantonese date and almond fritters. The Italian luxury dining restaurant Prego also offers the goodness of Blancmange with strawberry, raisins and bitter orange cream; and Zabaglione; apart from Dark chocolate fudge cake.
