The Indian-Pakistani Sufi pop rock band will be performing live at FLYP at MTV on April 1st .
They are an Indian-Pakistani sufi pop rock band composed of two members from Karachi, Pakistan.
The band was initially formed by four students — Wajhi Farooki (vocals), Sunny Ghansham (rhythm guitarist), Mustafa Asad (bass) and Hasan Farabi (lead guitar), in 2006.Their debut single Bhula Do Bhula Do became the no. 1 on MTV Top Charts next to Kailash Kher's Song Saaiyan.The band worked on the music of the remake film Zanjeer, starring Priyanka Chopra and Ram Charan, with music director Chirantan Bhatt.
After Zanjeer, Raeth was offered to work in the horror flick 3AM, starring Rannvijay Singh and Anindita Nayyar, directed by Vishal Mahadkar, who had previously directed Blood Money. They had two songs Sab Bhula Ke & Tera Shukriya produced By Zee Music & Essel Visions..
The band, initially formed with four members, now composes of only two and has worked on the music of the remake of Zanjeer and the Rannvijay Singh-starrer 3 AM. Their debut single Bhula Do Bhula Do became a popular hit.
